Shared Ownership Pricing
Units will be fractionalized within the following configuration on a rotational basis and utilized over two (2) week periods:
1/12 Ownership, 1/4 Ownership and 1/2 Ownership with Registered Certificate of Ownership.
Utilization of units will be on a rotational 2 week period with a pre-set timeframe set aside for scheduled maintenance when required.
The following units on the 2nd level will be offered for Shared Ownership as they become available. These units will be offered two (2) units at a time until full occupancy is achieved before other units are placed on the market.
Unit Type 1, Level 2, Suites 205, 206, 207, 208;
- Interior Size 1606 square feet.
- Exterior Size Deck 320 square feet.
- Total living space 1926 square feet.
All units will be provided with 6 appliances and fully furnished both interior and exterior deck with barbeque.
Amenities include exterior swimming pool, double tennis court, state-of-the art fitness centre, complete landscaping and a gated community with 24 hour security.
